Synchrologics
Enterprise Business Solutions works the way you think a
powerful enterprise management software system should. That's
because Synchrologic Systems understands the challenges
and problems your enterprise and supply chain deal with
every day. We've designed SEBS to closely match the way
you operate, which makes it easier to learn and use.
SEBS offers market-leading
functionality in a variety of areas. Advanced CRM features
focus organizations on their customers while ensuring accountability
in their sales team. SEBS offers flexible manufacturing
and distribution solutions. An executive information portal
provides Web-based access to the executive on the go. An
out-of-the-box e-commerce application gets customers up
and running quickly with an integrated, powerful, workflow-optimized
website. These strengths combine with many others to provide
a complete solution for the small enterprise market.
Manufacturing
features include routings, bill of material, material requirements
planning, distribution requirements planning, advanced planning
and scheduling, estimating, work orders, job costing, product
configurator, light (work orderless manufacturing), shop
floor control, labor reporting, lot/serial tracking, engineering
change management, and CAD integration. SEBS also includes
award winning financial and distribution applications and
fully supports co-products and by-products as well as disassembly
procedures.
Powerful Performance
SEBS is designed and built from the ground up for Microsoft
platforms, and takes full advantage of the power offered
by Microsoft SQL Server and the Windows operating system.
Developed with Visual Basic and Visual C++, its object-oriented
architecture is designed to facilitate complete integration
with industry specific workflow, imaging, and office productivity
applications. SEBS was designed for Microsoft SQL Server
from its inception and developed to support the latest features
of current Microsoft releases. If your business software
and Web site are critical to your success, you can benefit
from the power of the business management performance leader
- SEBS.
True multi-tasking
SEBS allows the opening of many forms during a session,
and also allows many different processes to run simultaneously.
Web-Based Applications
SEBS demonstrates its commitment to Microsoft's technologies
by developing powerful Web modules, including eSalesforce,
eCustomer and eExecutive. These applications provide your
salespeople, customers and senior staff with the information
and system access they require.
Workflow integration
If your business processes require sharing accounting data
or reports, third-party workflow products can be utilized
to readily access SEBS data.
Drill-downs
and drill-Arounds
Users can "drill-down" to track a transaction
to its original source, or "drill-around" by using
a right mouse-click to activate context-sensitive links
between related screens of data in most SEBS forms.
Navigator
Our powerful search engine makes finding data easy, whether
you prefer to key in your search criteria manually, or use
the mouse as a high-speed browsing tool.
Database-enforced
security
In the Maintain Users task one login can be created, and
maintained, for SQL Server and SEBS access. The security
system in SEBS is structured around Security Groups in which
access can be defined by task - such as Maintain Accounts
- with one of four permission levels: Excluded, Display
Only, Normal or Supervisory.
Batch processing
All transactions are posted in batches, which can be put
on hold, set as private to one user, and verified using
control amounts.
Flexibility
SEBS maximizes user flexibility and scalability, and allows
straightforward integration with other applications. SEBS
's open architecture can result in shorter development cycles
and lower customization costs.
Customizable
Reporting
Reporting is an area in which SEBS shine. Every report in
SEBS, including agings and registers, is written using Crystal
Reports, the presentation quality report writer. It offers
a selection of pre-configured reports that can be customized
and modified, then saved so that they can be run at any
time. Users also can choose from a variety of similar graph
formats or customize their own.
User-Friendly
Help
Most of the documentation on SEBS tasks and procedures is
contained in online help, eliminating the need for multiple
copies of software manuals. Form level help that describes
the current task and options is available on each screen.
Field level help is available for each field contained within
a form. This help feature describes the field and includes
information on values the field should contain.
Online help
SEBS is an application rich in user-friendly online help.
Every SEBS form contains form level help and every field
contains "What's This?" help functionality. Much
of the help dialogue contains shortcuts that will automatically
start the task on which you are inquiring. Following the
step-by-step instructions can then allow you to easily complete
that task once it is started.
Ease-of-use
and Ease-of-Implementation
To keep information system costs at an absolute minimum,
every part of SEBS is optimized for rapid installation,
low training costs, simple operation, easy modification,
and cost-effective expansion.
